The McLean PTSA is organized under the authority of the Virginia Congress of Parents and Teachers (hereinafter “Virginia PTA”), a branch of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers (hereinafter “National PTA”). These uniform bylaws were adopted under the direction of the Virginia PTA Board of Directors by voting delegates at the Virginia PTA Annual Meeting on May 23, 2023.
