Reimbursement

You may submit your receipts or invoices to the PTSA Treasurer for reimbursement in one of two ways.  For electronic communication, please complete the reimbursement Google form HERE and upload all receipts.  For mail in or drop off requests, please complete the Request for Reimbursement PDF and print and attach your receipts.  For those submitting electronically, please keep a copy of your originals.
